What are the techniques for using the three proof paint on PCB circuit boards?

In the process of using three proof paint to protect PCB circuit boards, there are also certain usage techniques for the three proof paint. Otherwise, if used improperly, not only will it fail to protect the PCB circuit board, but it will also cause a waste of three proof paint resources and pose certain difficulties for subsequent work. Therefore, when using three proof paint, some usage techniques must be known:
 

(1) Before use, it is best to remove the dust, moisture, and oil stains on the surface of the object to be coated with the three proof paint, ensuring that there are no corrosive residues left on the surface of the object, so that the PCB circuit board three proof paint can adhere well to the circuit board, which is conducive to fully utilizing the three proof (moisture-proof, salt spray proof, mold proof) performance of the PCB circuit board three proof paint;
(2) When using the brush coating method for coating, The area of the three proof paint brush coating on the PCB circuit board should be larger than the area occupied by the components, so as to ensure that all components can be covered;
(3) When brushing the three proof paint on PCB circuit boards, try to ensure that the object being brushed can be placed flat, and there should be no dripping after brushing to ensure that the brushing is smooth and there are no exposed areas. The thickness of the brushing should be around 25-50 microns according to different requirements. If there are higher requirements, secondary coating can be carried out;
(4) If the immersion method is used for coating, it is necessary to ensure that the coated object is vertically immersed in the coating tank (note that the connector cannot be immersed unless carefully covered), immersed for about 1 minute, and then slowly removed, the immersion speed should not be too fast to avoid generating too many bubbles.
(5) After the coating is completed, heating can be used to accelerate the curing of the three proof paint on the PCB circuit board. The heating temperature should not be too high, and it should be within 80 ℃.
